Payroll Forms & Deposits

• Federal payroll form 941/940 neends to be signed and mailed to the federal authorities by due dates even if tax is deposited online
• State payroll forms may or may not be required to mail a signed copy if taxes are deposited online.
• Federal and State forms is only required if there is a wages or payroll for that quarter.
• State Un-employment insurance form or reporting is required even if there is no wages to report for that Quarter.
• Create and Print the filliable PDF form.
